Play, Maestro!

Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms apply to Play, Maestro! (the game) and to this website, both provided by FishFerret Games. By playing the game or using the site you agree to them.

Playing the game

The game is provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play it in your browser, on the game portals where it is published, and inside Telegram. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer the game or its artwork, music and code.

Purchases

The Telegram version offers optional items paid for with Telegram Stars, such as removing ads or a period of unlimited energy. Purchases are processed by Telegram under its own terms. Items are delivered to the Telegram account that bought them and cannot be transferred. Refunds are handled through Telegram.

Fair play

Please do not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs to gain items or rewards, or interfere with the game's servers. We may remove rewards or purchases obtained that way.

Content and ownership

The game, its name, artwork, characters, music, code and this website are owned by FishFerret Games or used under licence. Classical compositions featured in the game are in the public domain; the recordings and arrangements are our own.

Availability

We aim to keep the game available but cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. The game is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from its use.

Privacy

How the game handles your data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
